Day 5: March 26, 2009
I'm hesitant to really call this a "day" in our Hawaii trip, as we spent most of it finalizing packing and flying back home. Oh wells.
All our bags were packed, we're ready to go...
I'm leavin, on a jetplane...
Don't know when I'll be back again.
We packed all our stuff into the rental car, and drove to the airport to return it.
Oh yeah, the car we rented was a Chrysler Sebring sedan, not too bad really.
You can definitely see the similarities in styling to the current-generation Toyota Camry, though ;)
From there, we took the provided shuttle to the United Airlines check-in
Our flight was scheduled to leave at 1:15pm that day.
We grabbed some Burger King for lunch
Nom nom nom
I was seated right next to my family, despite having a completely different seating group and check-in sequence.
I slept comfortably for most of the flight, listening to the Opihi Pickers CD, and five hours later, we were back in San Francisco International Airport
Dad picked us up in the van van shortly after we picked up our single check-in luggage, and we grabbed dinner at Pinole's IN-N-OUT before I drove the rest of the way back home.
Can't wait for our next trip to Hawaii :)
